Introducing Vipin, a seasoned sommelier, and an Internationally certified Barista with an impressive career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Having honed his skills with major brands such as Crowne Plaza, Raddison-Blu , Shangri-La and CGH Earth , he has chosen to redirect his expertise to mould the future of the Hospitality Industry, contributing significantly to its growth and evolution. Upon returning to India, he embarked on a teaching career at a leading Hospitality Institute in Kerala. Vipin is a passionate professional dedicated to the art and science of beverages. The Brew School stands as his brainchild, a testament to his commitment to sharing the wealth of knowledge and experience acquired over the years with aspiring individuals entering the industry.
Manoj KP
Meet our dynamic Co-Founder, a seasoned F&B operations expert with a rich tapestry of over 15 years in the Hospitality Industry. Graduated from IHM Bangalore, and he also has an MBA in Retail Operations from Manipal University. His journey includes pivotal roles with renowned Quick Service Brands such as McDonald’s, KFC, and Burger King. He also has handled Airport F&B operations for industry leaders like Lite Bite Foods & Food Stop Diner during his career. Fuelled by his deep passion for Coffee and a vision to contribute to the growth of the Hospitality Industry in India, he joined hands with Vipin. Together, they are realizing their long-cherished dream of establishing an institute dedicated to teaching brewing and mixology. This is the inspiring genesis of The Brew School.

Meet Aravind Haridas, a fervent entrepreneur, and the visionary founder behind Delicious Kerala, one of Kerala’s foremost food critic platforms. Armed with a degree in Photo Journalism and proficiency in Digital Marketing, Aravind brings a unique blend of skills to the table. His unwavering passion for the Hospitality and Food Industry has been a driving force throughout his journey. Recognizing the immense potential this industry holds in India, Aravind shares a collective vision with Vipin and Manoj to contribute to its betterment. This shared ambition has led to the formation of The Brew School, where Aravind plays a pivotal role in bringing their collective dream to fruition.
